Strong hands-on experience with COBOL.
Strong experience with REXX/REXX scripting.
Proficiency in JCL.
Experience with DB2 and SQL.
Experience with CICS and online/batch processing.
Strong knowledge of z/OS mainframe environment.
Experience with debugging and production support.
Good understanding of SDLC and Agile development practices.
