We are seeking a skilled and driven Owner’s Representative Assistant Project Manager (ORAPM) to join our team in The Dalles, OR. This full-time, onsite position supports the construction and delivery of a mission-critical data center project for a world-class technology client. The ORAPM will serve as an extension of the Owner’s internal project management and controls team, with responsibility for enforcing project quality, safety, schedule, and cost objectives across contractors and vendors.

The ideal candidate will be local to The Dalles area and have experience in large-scale construction programs, preferably within high-tech, mission-critical, or data center environments. Essential Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support daily construction activities aligned with the Owner’s project goals.

  • Enforce quality assurance, safety standards, and construction progress across multiple vendors.

  • Facilitate commissioning (Cx) processes and assist in operational integration and project closeout.

  • Maintain accurate reporting for Owner leadership, ensuring full transparency and communication.

  • Collaborate with design, contractor, and client teams to identify and mitigate project risks.

  • Act as an onsite field representative to ensure real-time issue resolution and alignment with Owner standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management, owner’s representation, or field construction oversight.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting large, complex construction projects ($50M+ individual value).

  • Experience with mission-critical infrastructure, data centers, or similar high-availability environments.

  • Strong ability to lead and enforce project quality, cost, and schedule controls.

  • Full-time onsite availability in The Dalles, OR.

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Based in or near The Dalles, OR.

  • Experience supporting major technology clients such as Amazon, Google, Microsoft, or Meta.

  • Familiarity with Primavera P6, risk tracking, and procurement log management.

  • Experience coordinating commissioning activities, inspections, and vendor deliverables.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).

  • Proactive problem-solver with a strong focus on field accountability and client satisfaction.
