Job DescriptionSalary:

Custom Software Systems, Inc. (CSS) is seekingaskilledSAP ERP Senior Level Consultant. The contractor will provide project managementexpertise, coordinatingthe efforts of functional and technical teams for assigned projects. Knowledge of SAP integration options.Perform tasks as assigned in coordination with the Chief of the ERP Branch of FPI. Provide a weekly status report to the Chief of the ERP Branchontasks completed during the week and upcoming initiatives.Participate and complete training requirements.Work may be performed on a "remote-work" basis, although occasional travel to FPI Central Office and/or field locations isrequired.

Responsibilities

• Provide trouble-shootingassistancewhen issues arise within the SAP ERP system.Contractorwillpossessexpertisein business processes toassistwhere needed in supply chain management, materials management, and production planning.

• Provide assistance in the upgrade of the SAP S/4 HANA during support pack or version updates.Contractorwill have knowledge of FPIthird-party interfaces, providingexpertisein testing and implementation.

• Provide recommendationsthatwould further improve system performance.

• Work with primary administrators to ensure that administrative coverage ismaintained.

• Provide senior-level knowledge transfer and informal training to FPI junior-level staff.

• Assistthe project manager by tracking actual costs against the budgeted amounts for all contract delivery orders and task orders.

• Assistand work with key end users and technical personnel to develop and/or configure the ERP systemin accordancewiththe FPI requirement. FPI will ensure testing and documentationaremaintainedin accordance withSDLC.

Citizenship

• US Citizenshipand have the ability to obtaina securityclearance.

Required Qualifications

• Two(2)years' experience SAP integration options to include configuration of third-party software and SAP configuration module.

• Two(2)years' experience providing training and knowledge transfer to new andjunior-levelstaff

• One(1)yearofexperience with US Treasury G-Invoicing and SAP API integration

• Two(2)years' experience with business processes,includingbutnot limited to supply chain management, materials management,and production planning.

• Two(2) years ofproject managementexpertise, coordinating functional and technical team efforts for projects as assigned.

• One(1)yearofexperienceassistingin the upgrade of the SAP S/4 HANA during support pack or version updates.

• Two(2)years' experience providing troubleshootingassistancewhen issues arise within the SAP ERP system.

• Two(2)years' experience providing recommendations to further improve system performance.

Education

• Bachelor's degree with preferred study in information technology, computer science, business or equivalent experience and certifications.
