PROJECT MANAGER/SCHEDULER NEEDED

AlterG Resources is building the future of geothermal energy from the ground up and we are seeking a Project Manager/Scheduler for our Salt Lake City, Utah office to help us power it.
\n
\n
This role will lead planning, scheduling, and coordination of geothermal projects from early-stage development through drilling, stimulation, and initial operations. Our projects are highly sensitive to schedule and execution discipline. Delays can significantly impact capital costs, financing, and overall project economics. This role ensures complex, capital-intensive projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with reduced risk.

What you will do:
\n
\n
•Build and manage integrated, resource-loaded project schedules.
\n
•Lead critical-path analysis across drilling, completions, permitting, and facilities.
\n
•Develop cost forecasts and manage Authorization for Expenditure (AFE)-level budgets.
\n
•Conduct scenario and risk analysis to optimize timelines and capital efficiency.
\n
•Create executive-level-reports and dashboards to track project performance.
\n
•Align cross-functional teams around a unified execution plan.
\n

Requirements:
\n
\n
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, geoscience, construction management, or related technical field and Project Management Professional (PMP).
\n
• 7+ years managing capital-intensive energy or subsurface development projects.
\n
• Demonstrated expertise in integrated scheduling and critical-path management.
\n
\n
