REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

• 10+ years of project management and/or project support experience preferred.

\n

• 3–5 years of project management experience leading large-scale technology initiatives.

\n

• Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional programs across Product, Engineering, IT, and Business teams.

\n

• Strong experience with Agile, hybrid, and enterprise-scale delivery methodologies.

\n

• Exceptional risk forecasting, risk management, and dependency management skills.

\n

• Proven ability to influence without authority and hold teams accountable.

\n

• Experience managing third-party vendors and consulting partners.

\n

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

\n

• Advanced experience creating executive-level presentations, status reports, and program dashboards.

\n
