Responsibilities

• Ensure Food Safety and GMP compliance across production and packing areas.
• Support the Quality Assurance (QA) process by monitoring product standards and enforcing corrective actions when needed.
• Assist in verifying packing accuracy and labeling for outgoing orders.
• Work closely with production leads to troubleshoot operational issues and improve workflow efficiency.
• Lead or assist in special projects as assigned by the Operations Manager.
• Promote teamwork, accuracy, and accountability throughout the operations team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in operations, production, or a similar environment (food industry experience preferred).
• Proven ability to lead or coordinate small teams toward shared goals.
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency with computers.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (both spoken and written).
• Organized, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Excellent communication and motivational skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of food safety standards is a plus (training available).
