Our client near Schaumburg, Illinois is seeking a Hardware Technician to join their team on a short-term contract basis!
\n
 
\n
Responsibilities:
\n
<ul>\n
<li>Support hardware requests</li>
\n
<li>Resolve tickets in a timely manner</li>
\n
<li>Customer service with internal users</li>
\n
<li>Create and maintain knowledge base documents</li>
\n
<li>User account management</li>
\n
<li>Computer imaging</li>
\n
<li>Software installations</li>
\n</ul>
\n
 
\n
Tech/Experience:
\n
<ul>\n
<li>1-2 years of technical support</li>
\n
<li>Troubleshooting experience</li>
\n
<li>Basic understanding of computer systems, ticketing systems and hardware</li>
\n
<li>Windows 11 / Office 365</li>
\n
<li>Strong customer service</li>
\n</ul>
\n
