Technical Integration Manager (Project Delivery Management in Application, Integration, etc)
Location: Hybrid – 3 days onsite in Charlotte, NC 28202
Duration: Start Date: 11/10/2025 to Est. End Date: 11/9/2026
Position Description
- Serves as technical expert who provides project management leadership in the development and delivery of applications and services for a specific business process. The Technical Initiative Manager acts as the subject matter expert on application development efforts. This individual may be responsible for a single technical project of medium to high complexity or a group of smaller, unrelated technical projects/break-fix items.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and drive technical strategy for IT project based on project objectives and business requirements
- Assist in the creation of architecture and detailed design documentation per required deliverables within a project
- Allocate and direct technical resources to accomplish project tasks ensuring effective utilization
- Participate in proof of concepts to assist in defining technology direction and enabling business strategy
- Work closely with the architecture team to ensure architectural standards are met in projects
- Communicate and validate solution execution with Lead Architect, and program / project manager
- Responsible for Release Management planning and coordination with internal/external teams
- Participate in defect triage and work with project team/vendors to resolve prioritized defect fixes
- Act as System Integrator managing multiple agile teams and/or suppliers/vendors
- Ensure Technology infrastructure is ready on time and that the application is successfully transitioned to sustain
- Identify and manage project issues/risks to closure and provide proper visibility to stakeholders
- Work with project management counterparts to deliver broad-based, often complex, communication for internal and/or external audiences
- Generate an inclusive workgroup environment, which encouraged cross-group collaboration.
Mandatory Skills
- BS and 7+ years in a technical role or equivalent Ability to work autonomously, solving complex problems in an ambiguous environment
- Knowledge and understanding of industry trends and new technologies and ability to apply trends to software development
- Extensive breadth of experience delivering complex technical projects within budget and scope Ability to think critically and develop high quality project deliverables and ensure technology solution meets requirements
- Knowledge of the software development process (agile and waterfall)
- Excellent technical skills, ability to understand the complex programs in software development Knowledge of enterprise platforms, operating systems, and networks
- Strong leadership skills Superior interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to negotiate and build consensus with various stakeholder groups Resource planning and management acumen Analytical approach; strong problem solving and root cause identification skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Understanding of Information Security Policy and Procedures MS Office Suite with extensive Project, Excel, and PowerPoint Skills
Desired Skills:
- TCP/IP, SFTP, Splunk, JIRA, Confluence Experience in development, mobile capabilities, integration services, and developing enterprise class solutions a plus
