Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Thursday, 6:30 AM-5:00 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM-11:30 AM

Salary: $95,000-$115,000 DOE

Position Summary

\n

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality assurance and quality control operations within a manufacturing environment. This leadership role is responsible for maintaining product quality standards, ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and developing a culture of quality throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

\n

Quality Leadership

\n

    \n
  • Lead all quality assurance and quality control activities.
  • \n

  • Develop and maintain quality policies, objectives, and systems.
  • \n

  • Monitor quality performance and provide reporting to leadership.
  • \n

  • Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • \n

\n

Quality Assurance & Compliance

\n

    \n
  • Oversee in-process, final, and random inspections.
  • \n

  • Ensure compliance with customer specifications, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
  • \n

  • Maintain quality records, corrective actions, and audit documentation.
  • \n

  • Lead customer, supplier, and regulatory quality audits.
  • \n

\n

Process Improvement

\n

    \n
  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
  • \n

  • Partner with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to reduce defects, improve yields, and minimize waste.
  • \n

  • Conduct process audits and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • \n

\n

Customer & Supplier Quality

\n

    \n
  • Serve as the primary contact for quality-related customer and supplier issues.
  • \n

  • Collaborate with Purchasing to ensure incoming materials meet quality standards.
  • \n

  • Support supplier quality improvement and corrective action efforts.
  • \n

\n

Team Leadership

\n

    \n
  • Manage, mentor, and develop quality personnel.
  • \n

  • Provide quality training across departments.
  • \n

  • Establish accountability and quality performance expectations.
  • \n

\n


\n

Qualifications

\n

Required

\n

    \n
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Apparel/Textiles, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • \n

  • 5+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • \n

  • 3+ years of leadership experience.
  • \n

  • Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), auditing practices, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • \n

  • Working knowledge of ISO standards and AS9100 Rev D.
  • \n

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • \n

\n

Preferred

\n

    \n
  • Experience in a job shop or build-to-print manufacturing environment.
  • \n

  • Experience working with government, military, aerospace, or OEM quality requirements.
  • \n

  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and manufacturing documentation.
  • \n

\n

Work Environment

  • Combination of office and manufacturing floor settings.
  • \n

  • Regular exposure to production equipment and materials.
  • \n

  • Occasional travel for customer and supplier audits.
  • \n
