Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and dependable PC/Desktop Technicians to support a large-scale Desktop Refresh Program across multiple facilities throughout Maricopa County. This is a hands-on deployment role focused on workstation setup, hardware replacement, technical support, and end-user assistance in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong desktop support experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in high-volume deployment operations.

- Pay Rate: $25/hour on W2
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and replace Windows desktop and laptop systems
- Perform workstation imaging and system configuration
- Install and configure monitors, docking stations, printers, and peripherals
- Provide onsite technical support during deployment activities
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Maintain accurate ticket updates and deployment documentation
- Track hardware inventory and update asset management systems
- Follow deployment schedules, technical procedures, and project timelines
- Support end users professionally across multiple organizational levels
- Travel to various facilities throughout Maricopa County as needed
- Lift and move computer equipment during deployment activities
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in desktop support, technical support, computer deployment, or related IT roles
- Experience deploying and configuring Windows desktop and laptop systems
- Knowledge of workstation imaging and deployment processes
- Experience setting up computer workstations and peripherals
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a deployment team
- Experience documenting work within ticketing or asset management systems
- Reliable transportation for travel between facilities
- High School Diploma or GED required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting desktop refresh or large-scale deployment projects
- Familiarity with SCCM, MDT, Intune, Autopilot, or similar deployment tools
- Knowledge of Active Directory and basic network troubleshooting
- Experience with asset tracking and inventory management systems
- Prior enterprise, government, or public-sector IT support experience
- Familiarity with cable management and workstation setup best practices
