• Position role : SAP Test Manager

• Experience : 10+ years SAP

Required Qualifications

\n

\n
• 10+ years of experience in Software Testing, UAT, Business Process Testing and/or SAP Application delivery.

\n

• Significant experience in enterprise testing, quality engineering, SIT leadership, or test governance for complex, integrated technology programs.

\n

• Demonstrated knowledge of test strategy, requirements traceability, risk-based testing, test design, regression management, defect management, and release-readiness controls.

\n

• Experience with enterprise test management and defect tools, preferably OpenText ALM and Jira, including repository and reporting governance.

\n

• Ability to interpret quality data, identify risk signals, challenge incomplete evidence, and communicate clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.

\n

• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, decision framing, and escalation skills.

\n

\n

\n

Preferred Qualifications:

\n

\n

\n
• Experience governing large scale SAP transformation enterprise platforms with complex integrations and end-to-end business processes.

\n

• Experience working within complex delivery models involving internal teams, system integrators, managed service providers, and external partners.

\n

• Relevant testing, quality, agile, project management, SAP certifications.

\n

• Experience coordinating business-led testing activities across multiple stakeholders is a nice to have.
