I am looking for a responsible Project Coordinator to administer and organize all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex plans.
Project Coordinator responsibilities includes working closely with our Project Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, and timeframes. They will perform various coordinating tasks, like scheduling, and maintaining project documentations. Candidate should have excellent time management and communication skills, as they’ll collaborate with internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.
Responsibilities:

Coordinate resources, equipment and information

Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes

Assign tasks to field teams and assist with schedule management

Assist with project procurement management

Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise

Work with Project Manager to eliminate road blocks

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
