Technical Project Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and communicate factory software schedules, milestones, and deliverables

\n

• Gather, document, and align software requirements with engineering + factory teams

\n

• Track execution in Tasks/Jira; drive accountability on dev tasks and milestones

\n

• Track hardware test kits and manage distribution to Core OS teams

\n

• Coordinate defect triage, prioritization, and resolution across Jira/Tasks

\n

• Identify and mitigate risks across SW/HW integration and roadmap dependencies

\n

• Provide bi-weekly status reports (progress, velocity, risks, schedule, resourcing)

\n

• Facilitate eng ↔ manufacturing communication; run retrospectives per build

\n

\n

Must-Have Qualifications:

\n

\n
• 3–5+ yrs as TPM/Program Manager in software/firmware, ideally manufacturing or factory software

\n

• Familiarity with microcontroller firmware, device bring-up, or hardware validation

\n

• Strong scheduling, requirements tracking, and cross-functional coordination skills

\n

• Experience with Jira + task tracking tools; working with contract manufacturers / offshore teams a plus

\n

• Excellent written/verbal communication; customer-facing polish

\n

• Seattle-area, able to work onsite in Redmond

\n

\n

Nice to Have:

• Wearables / mobile / embedded systems background

\n

• Experience aligning bug tracking across multiple systems (e.g., Jira ↔ internal tools)

\n

• Prior vendor-side or ODM/JDM manufacturing exposure
