Job DescriptionJob Title: Test Technician 1, Instruments Location: Sparks, MD Duration: 12 months Shift: Monday–Friday, Day Shift&nbsp;Job Summary:

<li>Responsible for assembling, testing, and troubleshooting medical instruments.</li>
<li>Ensures performance standards are met and supports quality and process improvements.</li>
</ul>
&nbsp;Key Duties:
<ul>
<li>Assemble and test moderately complex instruments</li>
<li>Analyze test results and troubleshoot failures</li>
<li>Suggest performance improvements</li>
<li>Read technical drawings and follow work instructions</li>
<li>Train team members when needed</li>
<li>Maintain clean and safe work area</li>
<li>Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Planning teams</li>
<li>Follow safety, quality, and GMP procedures</li>
<li>Qualifications:</li>
<li>Education: AA in Mechatronics or 5 years’ experience in troubleshooting</li>
</ul>
&nbsp;Skills:
<ul>
<li>Basic mechanical/electrical troubleshooting</li>
<li>Good with tools and measurements</li>
<li>Strong math, computer, and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Team player with leadership potential</li>
<li>Able to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changes</li>
