The Panther Group is seeking a Project Engineer to support a leading aerospace and defense manufacturer in the Greater Boston area. This is an exciting opportunity to work on advanced defense programs while collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams in a highly technical environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate, plan, organize, and track engineering projects from initiation through completion.
- Serve as the Control Account Manager (CAM) for Advanced Programs.
- Maintain and update the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), ensuring alignment with program milestones and resource plans.
- Act as the primary liaison for material procurement, overseeing requisitions, receipt verification, and kitting activities.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and communicate status updates to internal stakeholders.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to improve project execution, efficiency, and documentation quality.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and program management teams.
- Support Advanced Test Equipment (ATE) programs and engineering initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience.
- Active Secret Security Clearance required at the start of employment.
- Experience building strong relationships across cross-functional teams.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced engineering environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience serving as a Control Account Manager (CAM).
- Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience.
- Experience supporting engineering or manufacturing programs within the defense or aerospace industry.
- SAP experience.
- Familiarity with DFARS (Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement).
Work Environment
- Full-time, onsite position.
- Primary work location is Andover, MA, with occasional work in Chelmsford, MA.
- 4/10 first shift schedule.

- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Active Secret Security Clearance required prior to start.
- Successful completion of background check, drug screening, and client onboarding requirements.
Pay up to $67.45 per hour DOE
