Software Release Engineer

Location: Palo Alto, CA or Ann Arbor, MI - (2 days/ week Onsite)

\n - Run and execute hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) and simulation tests to grade software releases before in-vehicle testing (15

%).- Support the curation and evaluation of HIL "driving scenarios" (especially night runs) to test software releases (40

%).- Provide technical assistance for vehicle-based validation testing for near-finished software rollouts (15
\n
%).- Maintain and update the HIL testing pipeline on behalf of the release team (15
\n
%).- Support release operations, including verifying test results, identifying regressions, supporting investigations, and escalating failures (15
\n
\n
%).

\n - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (highly prefer

red).- 5+ years of relevant work experi

ence.- Proven track record of HIL bench or simulation testing experi

ence.- Ability to analyze complex data streams (logs, video files, sensor data) to triage and identify issues from autonomous vehicle dr
\n
ives.- Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and navigate technical ambig
\n
uity.- Experience with

GIT.
