Looking for a role where no two days are exactly alike? The Staff Pad is excited to partner with a fast-growing cloud consulting company in Dallas, TX to hire an IT Support & Office Operations Specialist to serve as a key resource for its Dallas Solution Delivery Center
This is more than a traditional IT support position. You'll work across IT, office operations, recruiting, training, and executive support, giving you broad exposure to the business and the opportunity to make a visible impact
You'll support employees and contractors across the U.S., collaborate with teams in Dallas and France, assist everyone from new hires to leadership, and handle a wide range of projects and day-to-day needs

Schedule: Full-Time | On-Site, Monday–Friday | Occasional evening and weekend support as needed
What You'll Do
IT Support & Technology Operations
- Serve as the primary IT support contact for on-site and remote employees and contractors across the U.S
- Troubleshoot end-user technology issues and coordinate escalations with the IT teams in France and the Americas
- Manage the laptop lifecycle, including equipment preparation, deployment, shipping, returns, recycling, and asset tracking
- Coordinate IT onboarding and offboarding, ensuring new hires have the equipment, system access, and technology they need from day one
- Provide hands-on support for network equipment, conference rooms, Teams meetings, presentations, and technology used for leadership and client meetings
- Support business applications and platforms including Kantata, Jira, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric, coordinating with internal administrators and external support teams as needed
- Maintain IT documentation, asset inventories, and processes while supporting SOC 2 security and compliance requirements
- Provide on-site IT support, including equipment checks, restarts, cabling, and vendor coordination
- Coordinate internet and IT vendor access with building management
Office Operations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for building management, facilities, access badges, keys, vendors, and office-related requests
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, equipment, workspace setup, and vendor coordination
- Coordinate office onboarding for new employees, including workspace preparation, building access, equipment, and orientation
- Partner with administrative teams in France to coordinate employee onboarding, offboarding, equipment, and access needs
- Help maintain a secure, organized, and welcoming office environment
Recruiting & Talent Support
- Support the recruiting process from candidate sourcing and communication through interview coordination and offers
- Partner with hiring managers to keep candidates informed and the hiring process moving efficiently
- Coordinate and proctor candidate assessments covering areas such as Excel, SQL, XML, AI, critical thinking, and problem-solving
- Maintain careers page content and support recruiting-related initiatives
Training & Consultant Development
- Coordinate Dayforce training for consultants, including scheduling, enrollment, certification tracking, and related administration
- Support Enforce University, the company's internal training program, including course coordination, materials, and consultant development
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of employee and client training data
Executive Support & Special Projects
- Provide executive support to Dallas leadership, including meeting coordination, correspondence, status updates, research, and special projects
- Serve as a trusted resource for the CEO and leadership team, helping with time-sensitive requests, research, problem-solving, analysis, and special projects
- Take ownership of cross-functional projects and provide support wherever the business needs it
Knowledge & Internal Operations
- Build and maintain internal knowledge resources and process documentation in SharePoint
- Maintain company website content in Wix, including job postings, news, and page updates
- Support internal projects and initiatives across the organization
- Stay current on relevant technology, tools, and industry developments
What We Are Looking For
We're looking for a versatile professional with a strong technical foundation, excellent organizational skills, and a customer-focused approach. You do not need experience with every system listed below — experience with similar tools and the ability to learn new systems are highly valued.
Core Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered
- Experience in IT support, help desk, systems administration, or a related technical role
- Hands-on experience supporting Windows laptops and Microsoft 365 users
- Basic networking and troubleshooting knowledge
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-service mindset with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential employee, client, and executive information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with SharePoint
Preferred Experience
- Jira, GLPI, or similar ticketing systems
- Kantata/Mavenlink or other professional services platforms
- Power BI, SQL, XML, or Microsoft Fabric
- Dayforce or another HCM platform
- Wix or another website content management system
- SOC 2 or similar security and compliance frameworks
- Experience supporting remote users through phone, Teams, screen sharing, or other virtual tools
