• Build: Execute complex assemblies across aircraft structures, mechanical subsystems, and electrical/avionics systems using manual and automated tools.
• Integrate: Install wire bundles and route harnesses that meet strict specifications and quality standards.
• Verify: Perform functional testing of aircraft electrical systems and components; capture data to demonstrate compliance.
• Diagnose: Troubleshoot avionics and aircraft electrical issues; repair faults to restore performance.
• Improve: Flag constraints early, communicate clearly, and mentor peers to raise team capability.
• Commit: Operate with uncompromising safety and regulatory compliance; maintain regular, predictable attendance.

Your background

• 7+ years in aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing environments.
• 7+ years in electrical assembly and/or electronic materials work.
• 7+ years performing avionics troubleshooting, wire bundle installations, and aircraft electrical diagnostics.
• 7+ years using software tools—web navigation, email, Microsoft Suite, and specialized applications.
• 7+ years following detailed work instructions and interpreting English blueprints/drawings/specifications.

Education pathways

Typically High School diploma/GED plus 4+ years related experience; or vocational school/Associate + 2 years; or Bachelor’s—any combination that equips you for success.

Schedule & physical demands

• Full-time variable shifts (1st/2nd/3rd) as business needs dictate.
• Per client: if you cannot work all shifts/variable shifts, please do not apply.
• Physical capabilities include: head/neck flexion/extension, handling, kneeling, bending/twisting at the waist, overhead reach, standing, walking, climbing/balancing (stairs, ladders, poles, scaffolding, inclined surfaces), crawling, and crouching/squatting.

Training & assessment

• Offer contingent on successful training completion (OJT or classroom).
• 8–10 weeks of training; three failed assessments result in release.
