\nJoin my client’s Analytical Science team and help advance innovative CAR-T, gene therapy, and viral vector programs. This hands-on role spans the analytical lifecycle, turning scientific questions into rigorous assays that can help move novel therapeutic programs forward.\n

What You’ll Be Doing\n
\n
\n

\n
• Develop and validate cell-based, flow cytometry, and molecular assays

\n

• Characterize CAR-T cells and lentiviral vectors

\n

• Design experiments, analyze data, troubleshoot variability, and define next steps

\n

• Perform mammalian cell culture, qPCR/dPCR, cloning, and DNA/RNA techniques

\n

• Prepare methods, protocols, validation documentation, and technical reports
  
  

\n

About You

\n

\n
• PhD or MSc in Immunology, Virology, Molecular Biology, or related field

\n

• Expertise in multiparameter flow cytometry, panel design, and gating

\n

• Experience with qPCR and/or dPCR

\n

• Strong analytical method development and troubleshooting capabilities

\n

• Scientific writing, communication, and data interpretation skills
