Are you an energetic and dynamic Telecommunications leader? If so, we have an incredible opportunity to join a growing team in telecommunications infrastructure tower services as a Senior Project Manager, who will be a vital member in all aspects facilitating and managing the installation of wireless carriers on PTI assets. A Senior Project Manager you will be an integral part of the Services Team and will have demonstrated experience leading teams and will have a a robust background in real estate, site acquisition and development, and land use planning.

What You will Do:
- Responsible for managing various projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation, budget adherence, and timely reporting.
- Oversee projects from initiation to completion, including resource allocation, budget tracking, and status reporting.
- Preparing comprehensive project cost estimates, i.e. labor, travel and equipment costs.
- Provide technical guidance to the site acquisition team, with a focus on real estate, site acquisition, land use planning and leading construction management teams.
- Ensure clear communication and reporting process to all stakeholders focus on meeting client expectations.
What are we looking for:
- A minimum of 5-7 years in real estate acquisition, land use planning and/or construction management experience in the telecommunications industry.
- A Minimum of 3-5 years’ project management experience.
- Must have strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office suite products (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experienced Project Management skills required leading projects through to completion (or post review processes.)
- Knowledge and experience of real estate principles, rules, regulations, and contracts pertaining to the acquisition of right-of-ways, licenses, permits and other land rights preferred.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills, able to multi-task under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Ability to operate hand tools, i.e. Global Positioning System (GPS), etc.
- Must possess strong organizational skills, and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Able to establish and maintain working relationships with internal and external customers.
- Self-motivated/self-managed with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and take a proactive role.
- Ability to travel within the US up to 20%.
- Possess a valid drivers’ license and meet the company’s insurance carrier’s criteria for coverage under the company’s insurance policy.
