IT: Saks & Company LLC seeks Sr. Database Administrator, Oracle EBS in NY, NY to perform EBS app installation, maint'ce, & admin on version 11 & R12. Req'mts: Bachelor's or foreign equiv in CS or rel. field & 5 yrs of progressively responsible exp in job offered or rel. occupation: installing E-business suite apps from scratch while migrating EBS 11i environment; performing EBS app & oracle database softw installation & clone apps while migrating data; applying quarterly & yr-end maint'ce patches, bug fixes, & Critical Vulnerability Updates (CVU) patches; applying Vertex tax patches on non-production syst & migrate patches to production; implementing single sign on by integrating Oracle OID, OIM w/ EBS app which enables user password less login to EBS self-service apps; migrating databases from on-premises to AWS RDS & Azure cloud for modernization; utilizing terraform to provision cloud database resources incl RDS for AWS, SQL Managed Instance for Azure; using ansible playbooks to automate installation of oracle softw 11g, 12c, 19c versions for consistency of environment; standardizing scripts for database maint'ce activities & check-in in Github repository; & supporting Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, MongoDB, Postgres, Teradata technologies as used by app team.
