The Groundskeeper plays a vital role in maintaining the aesthetic appeal and safety of outdoor spaces $18/hr working 40 hrs a week paid weekly. This position involves routine care and upkeep of lawns, gardens, pathways, and landscaping features to ensure an attractive and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Mow, trim, and edge lawns to maintain neat and tidy grounds.
- Perform routine landscaping tasks such as planting, watering, fertilizing, and weeding.
- Maintain and repair irrigation systems as needed.
- Clear debris, leaves, and trash from outdoor areas.
- Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment and tools safely.
- Monitor grounds for any safety hazards and report issues promptly.
- Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal or mulch application.
