Job Summary
We are seeking reliable Light Maintenance to support the daily operations of a residential HOA community. Responsibilities include light maintenance, trash pickup, and keeping the property clean and presentable. A valid driver's license is required, as the associate will operate a golf cart throughout the community.
Responsibilities
- Pick up trash and maintain the cleanliness of the property.
- Perform light maintenance tasks, including minor sheetrock repairs, touch-up painting, and replacing light bulbs.
- Use a step ladder (6 feet) to replace light bulbs when needed.
- Drive a golf cart throughout the property to complete inspections and daily assignments.
- Assist with moving supplies and materials (up to 50 lbs.).
- Report maintenance issues to the supervisor.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Qualifications
- Pay Rate: $15.00/hour.
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) or Spanish-speaking preferred.
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Previous maintenance or groundskeeping experience is a plus but not required.
Work Environment
- Work is performed within a private HOA community.
- Property road speed limits are 10–15 mph.
- Employees operate a golf cart for transportation within the property.
- All temporary employees work under the direction of an on-site supervisor and are never assigned to work alone.
- No electrical, plumbing, roofing, or construction work is required.
