We're looking for a heart-led Maintenance Technician to help bring that experience to life at our Indian Shores location. Here's What You'll Be Up To:
- Perform preventative maintenance to keep guest rooms, public spaces, and resort facilitiesoperatingat their best.
- Troubleshoot and repair maintenance issues, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, HVAC, appliances, and general building systems.
- Respond promptly to guest and operational maintenance requests with professionalism and care.
- Inspect equipment and facilities toidentifypotential concerns before they become larger issues.
- Safelyoperatehand and power tools while following company safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas throughout the property.
- Support emergency maintenance needs whenrequiredto help ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Collaborate with teammates across departments to keep the resort running smoothly.
- Complete maintenance documentation accurately and report repair needs or safety concerns.
- Pitch in withadditionalresponsibilities as needed to support the team and our guests.
You're Great Because:
- You have at least one year of hands-on maintenance experience, including areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, HVAC, appliance repair, or general building maintenance.
- You enjoy solving problems and take pride in finding practical, high-quality solutions.
- You pay close attention to detail and consistently deliver dependable work.
- You communicate clearly and treat guests, teammates, and vendors with professionalism and respect.
- You thrive in a collaborative, inclusive environment and enjoy helping whereveryou'reneeded.
- You'recomfortableworkinga flexible schedule, including weekends or holidays as business needs require.
- You have a high school diploma or GED; technical or trade training is a plus.
- You'reable to safely lift, carry, climb, bend, crawl, push, and pull asrequiredfor the role.
- Youdemonstratea strong commitment to workplace safety and consistently follow PPE and OSHA requirements.
