Instead, we require "situational stewards" who maintain an ambient, controlled, and discreet presence that blends seamlessly into a high-end corporate and hospitality environment. Your primary objective is total situational awareness and proactive risk prevention, achieved without an intrusive or overt posture.
Key Responsibilities

Ambient Surveillance: Maintain continuous, purposeful, and non-intrusive observation across assigned zones, including access entries, lobbies, and circulation points.

Frictionless Access Control: Monitor and verify authorized entries smoothly, ensuring security never compromises the guest experience.

Hospitality Alignment: Synchronize efforts directly with front services, concierge, and valet teams to ensure a seamless, unified arrival and departure workflow.

Proactive De-escalation: Detect environmental irregularities and behavioral anomalies early. Mitigate potential issues quietly using psychological de-escalation techniques before they impact the environment.

Polished Communication: Coordinate with team members and management using clear, professional language entirely free of tactical jargon.
Position Requirements

Credentials: Must hold a valid Florida Class D License (Class G is a plus).

Background: Proven experience in executive protection, luxury estates, high-end hospitality, or private club environments.

Demeanor: Exudes a calm, confident, and highly composed professional presence.

Presentation: Adherence to strict corporate grooming and presentation standards. Candidates must wear a tailored business suit, keeping all duty equipment completely concealed.
