Responsibilities:
- Promptly and consistently follows up with leads who have contacted us about real estate buying or selling
- Generate new business while also following up on current business.
- Work with current buying and selling clients and help them reach their real estate goals
- Maintain local knowledge to answer clients' questions about potential homes and the surrounding community.
- Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust while increasing sales volume
- Host open houses and other events to boost clientele
- Ensure a smooth and efficient transaction experience by overseeing the entire process from contract to closing
- Attend in-house sales meetings to increase your skills, knowledge, and income
