Job Description

Job Description

***Relocation available for qualified candidates.***

About the Role: A prestigious property management company in Dillon, CO, is seeking a dedicated and reliable Community Association Manager (CAM) to expertly manage their HOA portfolio. This full-time, dynamic role requires a seasoned professional with a comprehensive understanding of Homeowners Associations (HOAs) and the ability to oversee all aspects of HOA management.

Why This Role Stands Out:

  • Competitive Benefits Package: 401(k) plan with matching up to 4%, comprehensive health insurance with half of the monthly premium covered for both you and your family, and generous paid time off—112 hours plus an additional 48 hours of sick time.
  • Housing Assistance: For those renting through the company, housing assistance is available. Out-of-state applicants may negotiate housing support, making relocation smoother.
  • Professional Growth: This role offers an environment where your skills in financial planning, project management, and administrative duties will be honed and valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of HOA management, including administrative tasks such as meeting coordination, minute-taking, and correspondence.
  • Engage in financial planning, budgeting, and spreadsheet management.
  • Coordinate and lead board meetings, annual owner meetings, and various on-property meetings with vendors.
  • Maintain meticulous records and documentation.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies and communications outside regular business hours.
  • Manage projects from scope setting to completion, ensuring all tasks are executed to the highest standards.
  • Foster strong relationships with fellow employees, vendors, contractors, and HOA members.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in HOA management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and a willingness to learn additional software.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of timely and effective responses via email, phone, and text.
  • Financial acumen with the ability to understand and explain financial reports.

Certification or coursework in Community Association Management (M100/CMCA/CPM) is highly desirable.

Schedule:

  • Typical hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with some evening and Saturday meetings.
  • Availability to respond to emergencies outside of regular business hours is essential.

This role is perfect for a competent, self-starting professional eager to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. If you meet the above criteria and are ready to take on a challenging yet rewarding position, this could be the perfect fit for you.
