The Groundskeeper Porter is responsible for maintaining the aesthetics and safety of residential areas and parks. Working within a small team, this role ensures that outdoor environments are clean, well-manicured, and compliant with safety standards to provide pleasant and secure spaces for the community.
Responsibilities
- Maintain grounds through landscaping and regular upkeep activities
- Ensure site cleanliness by removing debris and managing waste
- Perform landscaping tasks including planting, trimming, and lawn care
- Adhere to safety compliance protocols to prevent hazards
- Collaborate effectively with a small team of 2 to 5 members
