Job Description
Join the client's AI engineering team to build and deploy production AI applications that improve productivity across the enterprise. This role is ideal for a hands-on software engineer actively shipping AI-powered solutions who enjoys rapidly experimenting with LLMs, AI agents, and evaluation frameworks.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Build production AI applications used across multiple business units.
- Develop internal AI platforms and productivity tools.
- Create AI-powered applications leveraging large enterprise datasets.
- Design, implement, and improve AI evaluation (Evals) frameworks.
- Build and enhance AI agent workflows.
- Prototype new AI capabilities and rapidly iterate on solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test and improve AI experiences.
- Write production-quality code daily.
- Build natural language interfaces that enable users to interact with structured data.
Requirements
Must-Haves:
- Senior Software Engineer actively writing production code.
- Recent experience shipping code to production.
- Hands-on experience building AI-powered applications.
- Experience working with:
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- AI agents and agentic workflows
- AI evaluations (Evals)
- Prompt engineering
- Strong software engineering fundamentals including Git, version control, and clean coding practices.
- Experience with backend or full-stack development (backend preferred).
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for AI demonstrated through personal experimentation or side projects.
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to experiment, share learnings, and iterate quickly.
Nice-to-Haves:
- AWS Bedrock experience.
- Microsoft Foundry experience.
- Experience consuming AI models through AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Enterprise software experience while working on lean, agile teams.
- Full-stack development experience.
- Experience building natural language interfaces over structured data.
- Startup mentality with enterprise exposure.
