What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or clients at a commercial real estate location by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed by site procedures.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols of building interiors, parking areas, entrances, loading areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, observe visitor and contractor activity, and document security-related incidents, hazards, and unusual conditions in required reports.
Maintain required armed post qualifications and handle assigned equipment in accordance with Allied Universal policies, applicable laws, and site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
