We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Web-Based Tools Management Engineer to lead the development and management of enterprise web applications that support engineering operations, customer collaboration, and information management.
Job Summary
The Senior Web-Based Tools Management Engineer is responsible for managing enterprise web-based applications, automation initiatives, cloud infrastructure, and AI-enabled solutions that improve collaboration and operational efficiency. This role works closely with engineering teams, business stakeholders, and customers to design, implement, and continuously improve mission-critical web platforms.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the development and support of enterprise web-based information management platforms.
- Manage customer-facing portals, collaboration tools, and technical information management systems.
- Develop long-term web platform strategies that improve productivity and operational efficiency.
- Implement AI-powered automation solutions to streamline business processes.
- Manage cloud infrastructure, governance, platform security, and application compliance.
- Develop automation scripts and workflow improvements.
- Coordinate software lifecycle management, upgrades, and system enhancements.
- Work closely with engineering teams, business leaders, and external vendors to deliver innovative technical solutions.
- Monitor application performance and implement continuous improvements.
- Prepare technical documentation, project updates, and executive-level reports.
Minimum Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise web application development, web content management, or software engineering.
