IT Systems Analyst / Infrastructure Administrator

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced IT Systems Analyst / Infrastructure Administrator to support and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure across multiple business units. This position is responsible for managing servers, Active Directory, storage systems, backups, security solutions, and overall systems performance while supporting mission-critical operations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent troubleshooting abilities, and experience managing complex IT environments while collaborating with leadership and end users.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, backups, and email services.
- Administer Active Directory and related Microsoft technologies.
- Monitor system performance, availability, security, and operational health.
- Apply patches, updates, and system enhancements to maintain reliability and security.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and coordinate recovery efforts during outages or incidents.
- Assist with disaster recovery planning and backup management.
- Maintain documentation for systems, procedures, and configurations.
- Support Windows, Linux, and end-user environments.
- Manage infrastructure-related projects and technical initiatives.
- Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders on strategic technology initiatives.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3–5+ years of experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure.
- Experience with Windows Server administration.
- Active Directory administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts and systems administration.
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
- Linux administration experience.
- Experience with virtualization technologies.
- Backup and disaster recovery experience.
- Security and compliance framework knowledge (CIS, NIST).
- Higher education or ERP experience, including Ellucian Banner.
- Microsoft, CompTIA, VMware, or security certifications.
