Seeking an experienced IT Director who will be managing IT departments over several sites in the US in the packaging / manufacturing industry. You will be working with a great team with great benefits!!

Overall Duties:

Serve as the primary IT contact and escalation point for all Americas locations (U.S. and Puerto Rico), ensuring alignment with global IT standards and local business needs.
Lead and develop local IT staff across the Americas, building a strong regional support team and ensuring effective prioritization and resource allocation across all sites.
Define and drive the regional IT infrastructure strategy and roadmap, ensuring that the IT landscape supports current and future business requirements.
Ensure regional IT infrastructure is standardized across all sites and improve reliability
Drive continuous improvement of cybersecurity, business continuity, disaster recovery, and infrastructure resilience across the region.
Partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing Excellence to support automation, digitalization, inline inspection, and other manufacturing initiatives.
Drive regional IT projects (rollouts, upgrades, migrations) in coordination with global IT initiatives.
Ensure IT compliance with corporate security, data protection, and governance policies.
Manage regional IT budget, vendor relationships, and service-level agreements.
Collaborate closely with the Global Team Lead Plant IT and other Regional IT Leaders to share best practices and maintain consistency across the network.
Act as a bridge between local plant leadership and global IT strategy.
Provide strategic direction to the regional Systems organization through a dotted-line leadership relationship, ensuring alignment between infrastructure, applications, ERP, and manufacturing systems.
Establish regional technology priorities and investment plans aligned with business growth, operational excellence, and future digital transformation initiatives.
