Location: Hazlet, NJ
Schedule: Full-Time
Salary: $80,000 - $85,000/year

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of facility maintenance and plant operations

Coordinate daily department operations and ensure regulatory compliance

Conduct routine inspections of equipment, systems, and facility grounds

Supervise maintenance staff scheduling, assignments, and training

Maintain repair logs, inspection records, warranties, and compliance documentation

Ensure adherence to all safety standards and facility regulations

Manage repairs, preventative maintenance, renovations, and emergency response needs
Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience

Prior supervisory or management experience required

Nursing home or healthcare maintenance experience preferred

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Ability to respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed

Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance systems preferred
