Job DescriptionLooking for an E2E Program Manager for Oracle Cloud Migration initiative in Phoenix, AZNote: This is not a Scrum Team TPM lead but rather a Program Manager who would manage delivery and execution of Oracle Initiative day to day with current team1. Experience managing large scale Oracle projects/programs/initiatives2. Extensive experience managing Oracle Cloud migrations as a must3. Deep Knowledge of Oracle ERP and EPM implementations4. Work with impacted Oracle platforms Engg/Product leaders and track multiple milestones and deliverables5. Create and maintain holistic Oracle project testing schedules, coordinating with cross-functional teams to track progress and communicate testing status6. Expert creating Program Summary/Dashboards; present to VP and above7. Develop comprehensive plans and strategies and identify appropriate tooling and frameworks to support all efforts8. Own/update project inputs to E2E Project roadmaps, RAID, run Program Test Sync calls9. Familiarity or worked within cloud platforms (Oracle, GCP). Jira reporting10. Work on biweekly, monthly Executive leadership updates and experience presenting to senior leadership including VPs11. Oracle certifications a plus12. Amex Prior Experience a plus (edited)
looking for 2 onsite TPM (Project Manager II) resources in Phoenix:
i. TPM with strong Oracle Cloud Migration, Oracle ERP/EPM, and technical expertise.ii. TPM with experience handling large-scale E2E testing programs.
