Job Description: Seeking a Senior Maintenance Analyst to support the development of scalable data products, analytics solutions, and reporting capabilities that drive operational decision-making across multiple business functions.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable, reusable data products for cross-functional business teams
- Build and optimize SQL queries, ETL processes, and data transformation workflows
- Develop analytics solutions using Python and PySpark
- Support data pipeline design, validation, and governance initiatives
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into data solutions
- Collaborate with data science, engineering, and reporting teams to deliver standardized data products
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies based on business requirements, cost, and scalability
- Support data visualization and reporting initiatives
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance standards are maintained
- Analyze large-scale datasets and provide actionable business insights
Minimum Requirements:
- 3-5 years of data analytics, data engineering, or related experience
- Expert-level SQL skills including joins, CTEs, window functions, and complex query development
- Experience with ETL processes and data cleansing
- Strong Python development experience
- Experience developing solutions using PySpark
- AWS cloud services experience
- Experience working with large datasets and enterprise-scale data environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Tableau, Qlik Sense, or similar visualization tools
- Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, IBM DB2, or related databases
- Power Platform experience
- Exposure to data science, forecasting, or predictive analytics initiatives
- Knowledge of geospatial analysis or ESRI/ArcGIS concepts
- Experience supporting cloud and on-premises data ecosystems
