We are seeking a Property Manager to become a part of our team! You will help plan and facilitate all real estate activities and transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all day-to-day business.
- Attract and educate new tenants.
- Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion.
- Supervise maintenance personnel.
- Enforce property community policy.
- Maintenance tenant files in accordance with State and Federal regulations.
- Operate in the property's best business interest.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with tenants.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and be detailed oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
