The Ocean Gallery is seeking a skilled Inside Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining the condition, safety, and functionality of the vacation rental units entrusted to Ocean Gallery Properties, Inc. Responsibilities include a wide range of basic household repairs such as light bulb replacement, faucet repairs or replacements, minor toilet repairs, garbage disposal replacements, assisting with Xfinity connectivity issues, and providing support to guests and owners as needed.
The successful candidate will be a detail‐oriented professional with strong problem‐solving skills and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Work orders are generated through our software system, and accurate, timely billing of completed work is essential.
We are looking for someone who communicates well, works cooperatively with others, and consistently demonstrates reliability, courtesy, and professionalism with fellow employees, guests, and owners. All employees are expected to maintain safe and responsible work practices at all times. Our mission is to keep our rental units in excellent condition for our owners—who have entrusted us with their valuable assets—while also enhancing the experience of our guests.
