Responsibilities
- Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections on incoming materials, in-process items, and finished products.
- Use measurement tools and equipment to verify product specifications and tolerances.
- Document inspection results and report non-conformances to supervisors and quality management.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence.
- Participate in internal audits and support compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Assist in maintaining and calibrating inspection tools and equipment.
- Contribute to the development and updating of quality assurance procedures and standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in quality assurance or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Inspector or in a similar quality control role.
- Familiarity with inspection techniques, quality standards, and measurement tools.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify defects accurately.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and report generation.
- Ability to follow procedures and maintain thorough documentation.
