Job Description

Employment Solutions has an IMMEDIATE need for Quality Assurance Inspector to work in the west Sunrise area. Our client has been in business for over 15 years and they manufacture, repair and distribute various aviation survival and emergency products throughout the world.

Hours: 6am - 2:30pm Monday to Friday

Pay: up to $33.00 per hour

Job Summary
Responsible for inspecting aviation parts to ensure they meet technical, customer, and FAA requirements. Supports quality, safety, and compliance within the repair station.

Key Duties

  • Perform airworthiness inspections using proper tools and methods.

  • Read and interpret technical data, drawings, and FAA regulations.

  • Identify discrepancies and document findings accurately.

  • Review and audit maintenance records before return-to-service.

  • Enter inspection results into electronic systems.

  • Work with technicians and management to prioritize tasks.

  • Ensure compliance with 14 CFR Part 145, Part 21, and company procedures.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma; FAA A&P or Powerplant certificate.

  • 18+ months inspection experience; 5+ years in aviation maintenance or repair stations.

  • Strong knowledge of airworthiness standards and technical data.

  • Good communication, organization, and basic computer skills.

  • Ability to use precision measuring tools and work independently.

Physical Conditions

  • Lift up to 50 lbs.; bend, kneel, climb, and work in various positions.

  • Exposure to noise, chemicals, and PPE use as needed.
