We are seeking a highly skilled and responsible Vehicle Patrol Officer to join our security team. You will be conducting regular patrols in assigned areas and responding to emergency calls and alarms to determine if the police should be called to handle the issue. This is a great opportunity to join an established security company and have a steady schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas
- Respond to emergency calls and alarms, determining if the police should be notified
- Utilize non-lethal weapons responsibly, adhering to company policies and local regulations for the use of force.
- Prepare detailed incident reports
- Perform regular safety and security inspections of client properties
Qualifications:
- Must have a clean DMV driving record
- Must have a current Security Guard License (State of California)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is required
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and remain composed in high-pressure situations.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform foot patrols, stand for extended periods, and lift heavy objects.
