We are seeking a Maintenance Person to become a part of our team!

You will perform necessary work to keep the building (inside and outside), maintain landscaping, address mechanical equipment isses, and the keep the overall appearance of the building in order.

Responsibilities:

• Repair major and minor issues with building, rooms, and equipment
• Complete maintenance and repair as described in work orders in a timely fashion
• Order and replace broken parts as needed
• Maintain a clean and a safe work space
• Perform other duties, as assigned
• Working experience of carpentry, electrical, wall/paint required

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to handle physical workload
