The Role
Own and scale the backend and AI infrastructure behind an agentic clinical-decision platform, supporting rapid customer onboarding and growth in a production healthcare environment.
Tech stack: Python-centric; infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or similar); LLM / prompt-engineering and agentic tooling.
Requirements
- Strong Python proficiency (hard requirement)
- Hands-on infrastructure-as-code — Terraform or similar (hard requirement)
- A working understanding of prompt engineering
- An active GitHub contribution history
- Currently employed in an engineering role at an established company
- Available on-site in San Francisco five days a week

- Prior founding or early-startup experience, including founding-team membership
- A track record of high agency and strong decision-making
