Are you a skilled maintenance professional looking for a Temp-To-Hire role with no on-call shifts and no weekends? We’re growing our Property Management team and want you on board! Enjoy Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM hours with weekly pay.
What You’ll Do:
- Complete service requests efficiently and professionally
- Turn vacant units to prepare for new residents
- Maintain property grounds to ensure safety and curb appeal
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Manage materials and supply inventory
- Use your expertise in:

- Plumbing: sink/shower/toilet repair, fixture replacement, unclogging drains
- Electrical: fixture/switch replacement, rewiring when needed, following safety protocols
- Carpentry: patch holes, replace doors/locks, hang cabinetry, light painting
- Appliances: install or repair W&D, stoves, garbage disposals, and other small appliances
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous residential maintenance experience (apartments, hotels, or private homes)
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to handle physical tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
Bonus Skills: HVAC/EPA/CPO certifications
