Pay: $23
Hours: Monday - Friday Hours Vary
Position Summary
ASAP Personnel is seeking a qualified Assistant Maintenance Technician to support apartment communities while delivering exceptional service, professionalism, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• Complete service requests.
• Assist with HVAC repairs.
• Perform plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Support apartment turns.
• Conduct inspections.
• Maintain amenities and common areas.
• Perform preventive maintenance.
• Respond to emergency calls.
• Track work orders.
• Follow safety procedures.
Qualifications
• Relevant apartment industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license where applicable.
• EPA Certification and HVAC experience.
• Your own tools are required.
Preferred Qualifications
• Apartment industry experience strongly preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
