Job Description: Cleaning Associate

Responsibilities:
Empty trash and recycling, ensuring receptacles remain clean and odor-free.
Vacuum all carpeted areas and perform spot cleaning as needed.
Sweep, mop, and polish floors using appropriate cleaning supplies.
Dust furniture, ledges, light fixtures, and other hard-to-reach places.
Wash windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces to ensure streak-free results.
Clean and disinfect bathrooms, restocking soap and paper towel dispensers.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to supervisors.
Report any broken or malfunctioning equipment promptly to area managers.
Qualifications:
Capable of following instructions.
No previous experience required for basic cleaning responsibilities.
Positive attitude and ability to work cooperatively as part of a team.
Proficiency in using cleaning tools and equipment.
Attention to detail, pride in delivering excellent service, and organizational skills.
Able to lift up to 20 pounds for short periods.
Valid driver's license, proof of car insurance, and successful background check.
