This is for full-time overnights- Monday- Friday.
Weekends off- free parking. In downtown Tempe.
This is for security at a construction site, firewatch on a working construction site over nights.
Must have an AZ current guard card.
Must have min 2 years' experience working security at a construction site and conducting a firewatch.
Have a solid work history.
Some duties include, but not all-
- Fire watch patrols conducted each hour.
- Must have security experience at a construction site and fire-watch patrols.
- Foot patrols of the areas, watching for theft, vandals, homeless and unauthorized people on site.
- Being able to use silvertrac for report writing and incidents.
- Call 911 or non-emergency as needed.
- Be friendly but firm when dealing with people
- Be able to de-escalate issues.
- Be able to work with construction crews on site at times.
- Be able to observe and report issues.
- Some issues may include, leaks, pipe bursts, door check, fence lines, gates, fires or other emergencies.
- Area is a construction site. Outside- inside- There is a small area with AC to cool down.
- Port-o-johns only for restrooms.
- We supply cold bottled water and sports drinks for you on your shift.
This is a multi-level building under construction to patrol plus outside areas, must be able to walk, walk stairs on patrols.
This is for a construction site, it is dusty. Must wear PPE at all times while on site. ( We supply hard hats, gloves, safety vests and safety glasses)
Some shifts will be working with construction workers, must be able to work alone or with little supervision or with a full construction team on site.
Paid bi- weekly, direct deposit, free uniforms and safety equipment, paid vacations, referral bonus, success bonus.
