Maintenance Tech (Production Facility)
Pay Rate:
• 27.00 - 30.00 USD hourly
Essential Requirements for Maintenance Tech (Production Facility):
• Explain your production line changeover process, including tooling inspection and storage, while ensuring minimal downtime.
• Describe diagnosing and repairing an urgent electrical or mechanical machinery breakdown safely and quickly under pressure.
• Must have used checklists for preventive maintenance on components, lubrication, and safety hazards.
• Explain how you would train a junior mechanic.
Skills Requirements for Maintenance Tech (Production Facility):
• Experience working with air compressors, vacuum pumps, and performing welding and part fabrication.
• Ability to work in a role that requires high visual attention and potential Saturday overtime.
• Bilingual skills are preferred.
Role for Maintenance Tech (Production Facility):
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Execute production line changeovers and assist in new equipment installations.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and parts usage.
• Supervise mechanics in the absence of the Plant Engineer.
• Ensure a safe work environment by inspecting lines and reporting hazards.

Shift:
1st shift: 7am to 3pm
2nd shift: 3pm to 11pm
3rd Shift: 11pm to 7am
