This role offers a Monday through Friday schedule with no on-call or weekend duties, and weekly pay. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical work, drywall repair, painting, and appliance care. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical repairs, drywall, and painting
- Troubleshoot and repair appliances, ensuring functionality and resident satisfaction
- Complete maintenance requests and work orders efficiently and on schedule
- Assist with maintaining the appearance and functionality of the apartment community
- Collaborate with property management and other team members to address maintenance needs
Requirements:
- 1+ year of handyman/maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and appliance care
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
- Own a set of basic hand tools
- HVAC certification
- Reliable transportation to and from the property
- Ability to work independently and follow a Monday-Friday schedule
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
