Hard working individual to aid in the maintenance of a building, warehouse and grounds.
****NEEDS TO BE ABLE TO LIFT AND HANDLE HEAVY APPLIANCES****
*****CLEAN LICENSE IS A PLUS*****
The maintenance team member will be responsible for observing and ensuring safe and efficient general maintenance and housekeeping duties and implementing preventative maintenance schedules.
Cleaning Duties: mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, emptying trash receptacles, etc.
Warehouse Duties: pulling merchandise, handling incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders.

-Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place.
